Campaign Manager
The Campaign Manager tab (Fig. 1) is used to configure inbound and outbound campaigns within the web portal.
- Inbound campaigns can be for voice or any text-based channel
- Outbound campaigns are typically for the voice channel, although text-based channels are possible
For this trial, the following campaigns are pre-configured:
- HubSpotOutbound - a predictive outbound voice campaign, using HubSpot as the CRM/ agent screen-pop
- Inbound - the campaign for any inbound text-based sessions
- InboundVoice - the campaign for the inbound voice channel
- Outbound - a predictive outbound voice campaign
