Recording Monitor

The Recording Monitor tab (Fig. 1) allows supervisors and administrators to search for, download and play any recorded agent interaction (both audio and screen activity, if configured).

The main area contains a chronological list of recordings, most recent first, including a range of associated data.

To play a recording:

  1. select a recording

  2. click Play. If the recording contains video (screen recording) a window will open displaying the recorded video.

To search for a recording:

  1. In the top Search bar, on the right, click the drop-down arrow
