Reporter

The Reporter tab (Fig. 1) allows administrators to build and view real-time dashboards and historical reports on all session, agent, queue and campaign activity.

The workspace is split into 2 areas:

  1. Navigator (left) - contains a tree structure showing either
    • when the Dashboards tab is selected - a list of all available folders/ real-time dashboards
    • when the Reports tab is selected - a list of all available folders/ historical reports
  2. Display area (right) - its contents depend on what is selected in the Navigator

To load a dashboard/ report for viewing:

  1. in the Navigator, click on the required dashboard/ report. The dashboard/ report loads in the display area according to its configuration
