Users

The Users tab (Fig. 1) allows administrators to configure appropriate permissions for each user. This can be done within

Only configured users can log in to SCC

For this trial, several users have been pre-configured:

• Administrator - the default user with permission to perform configuration and administration tasks for this tenant
• Reception - a virtual (non-human) destination for any inbound sessions not associated with a specific inbound service
• sytel - a default demonstration agent for handling sessions on any channel
