Campaigns & Queues
The Campaigns and Queues tab (Fig. 1) allows administrators to configure inbound/ outbound campaigns and inbound queues.

Campaigns and queues are the mechanisms within SCC for configuring all communication on all channels.
The tab shows
- (left pane) all current campaigns configured for this trial
- (right pane) all current queues configured for each campaign
